A fairy princess party is the best way to make a little girl’s birthday become special. Young girls are crazy and fantasized by fairies, pixie and their wonderful fairyland. When parents try to recreate the magic of the fairyland for their little princess it is worth the effort because the girl is in every way going to love the efforts. A unique fairy princess party thrown in honor of your girl is the best gift you can give her. To make the party memorable and unique proper planning and arrangement is required.

Planning your Fairy Princess Party

1. Invitation
Pink colored designer invitations can be found at a very affordable price and are available at any Party City Store. Try to get photos of Tinkerbell, The Fairy Queen, Ariel or Tooth Fairies imprinted on the invitation cards. Choose the fairy your little girl loves the most. The photo invitation card is more appealing and unique way to invite the little guests. You can even sketch out the invitation on your computer. Use pink and silver colors on the invitation card will bring the magical world of fairies lively.

2. Decoration and set-up
This is the most important aspect of a fairy princess party. Decorate the area with shimmering helium balloons, buy cut-outs of fairies and paste them on the wall if it is an indoor party and place them on the fence if the party it in the back yard. Arrange for toadstools, rent out a pink or white color tent for the party. If possible try to fix small logs in an angled position to give the guest a feeling that they are flying just like fairies do. As the theme is a fairy princess party, arrange for a small princess throne for the birthday girl. You can even convert a plastic chair into a magnificent throne by decorating it with glitter and shimmering ribbons. Creativity is the key to making such a party successful and memorable for days to come.

3. Games
Games are a great way to keep the attention of young kids and prevent them from getting restless. Choose games that perfectly suites the theme. A game which you can arrange for without any trouble is ‘Hunting for pixie sticks’. Buy 10-15 pixie sticks from the party store and hide them in the party area. The guests along with your princess have to hunt for the maximum number of pixie sticks. You must award the winner with a suitable prize.

4. Food and cake
Different color tiny teapots and saucers are an excellent way to further entice the guests and give them a feeling that they are actually partying in a real fairyland. Serve lemonades, fairy chocolate wands, strawberry cups and wafers, sandwiches, burgers, etc. You can make the fairy chocolate wand in your home itself by dipping the bread sticks in chocolate syrup. The birthday cake can be of strawberry flavor and in the shape of a doll or a fairy.

5. Part favors
Send each guest home with a party favor. The party favor can include inexpensive fairy wings, wands, pixie dust, necklace, tiaras or a fairy coloring book. The party favor will not only make the guests happy, but it also serves as a great thankful gesture.

Birthday’s comes but once in a year, so be creative and extravagant to celebrate the auspicious day of your little princess in a grand manner.
